Executive Development Programmes (EDPs)
EDPs are offered for operating executives to upgrade their conceptual and analytical skills as well as communication and interpersonal skills. Leadercrest believes that an organization will be as strong as its operating team is, and advises clients to cover all of its executives at least once a year in EDPs.
While LeaderCrest has programmes appropriate for all functional verticals, the firm would typically work with the client to develop customized programmes based on real-life operating conditions. This would not only help the participants to relate themselves to the programmes better but also help them have a strong sense of ownership with the solutions.
