Change Management Programmes (CMPs)
LeaderCrest recognises that change management and cultural transformation on an organization-wide scale are important for achieving superior results; at times, these initiatives become even more critical than individual and team development programmes.
LeaderCrest recognises that in certain cases companies have certain global programmes which would need to be customized to Indian needs. LeaderCrest can work with leadership teams, globally and locally, to conduct organization-wide CMPs which are goal-focused.
Some CMPs could be aimed at enhancing end-to-end connectivity while others could be for improving ownership, embedding critical thinking, and so on. CMPs tend to be long run programmes, conducted in close cooperation with managers and leaders across the organisation.
